Eleanor Nesbitt’s poems invite you, often whimsically, to find poetry in every situation – yes, literally. Plants, animals, the past and the future, illness and bereavement, global issues, as well as the transformative power of places, have all precipitated her poems. So too have the experience of being a Quaker and the mystery of mediating poems – some serious, some less so.
